UCSB Campus Image Resources

The UCSB Digital Asset Library, hosted by WebDAM, is a resource available to all UCSB personnel, acting as a centralized location for high quality photography of the campus.

You also may hire Instructional Development Photography Services photographers to shoot on location or in their studio or contact the UCSB Cheadle Center for Biodiversity and Ecological Restoration (CCBER) for photographs.

UCSB Github Account

The UC Santa Barbara GitHub organization enables private repositories (accessible only to the owners of that repo), advanced team functionality, and other enterprise features. The UC Santa Barbara GitHub organization is available to Faculty, Researchers, Staff and Students of UC Santa Barbara, and is currently being used for a wide range of purposes including research projects, campus-wide business applications, and hosted websites.

Website maintainers should use web analytics tools to analyze traffic statistics for their site.

As of June 2015, UCSB policy allows the use of Google Analytics for tracking website visitor statistics. But, departments and entities using Google Analytics should abide by the procedures outlined by the announcement of campus support of Google Analytics and other click-through agreements.
